The car is booked!!!!!!!

We have a Chevy Tahoe (or something similar) booked from Alamo from Friday 9/9/16 to Monday 19/9/16!!!!!!! Great price and unfortunately Flight Centre couldn't go anywhere near it to match it but all is good. Happy this is finally finalised!!!!!! 😃👏🏻

Our LA Tour :)

I think I forgot to mention that we have spoken with the lovely Emily from LA Tours and are doing a tour of LA with her on Thursday 15 September. Mel Simmo put us onto them as her sister did the tour. Very personal, going in a sedan of where you want to go. Sounds like an awesome idea to me!!! Can't wait. Amongst some of the place that we are going to go:-

7 months, 1 week, 5 days....

Slowly getting there ....

We just have the car to finalise and we have booked the majority of the big things. I have found prices $1,000 cheaper than what Chantel can find them - we are suspecting that it is due to her cookies etc belonging to a travel agent, but who knows. She said they will price match what we can get, however we have been waiting for over a week. No major urgency but I would really love to have it settled asap so that we can have the final amount of the quote finalised :)

Decisions, Decisions......

Sooooo found my ears for 2013 trip along with the 60th anniversary that Mel brought me back, in addition to the Christmas ears. I think the latter will stay behind at home however I think I will be forced to take the other three pairs.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Accommodation All Booked!!!!!!!

So from a nervous start to the day, a trip to Flight Centre at Bass Hill to see Chantal, turned it to excitement!!!!

The fact that she had a Bon Jovi tattoo on her left wrist (same side as mine) that said, "It's My Life" to me meant that it was all good to go. That it was meant to be :)

A very long story cut short:-

Thursday 1/9/16 - Friday 9/9/16: Anaheim Majestic Gardens Hotel.

Friday 9/9/16 - Tuesday 13/3/16: Howard Johnson Seaworld in San Diego.

Tuesday 13/9/16 - Monday 19/9/16: Anaheim Majestic Gardens Hotel.

Monday 19/9/16 - Wednesday 21/9/16: Paradise Pier Hotel.

We have paid a $700 deposit including the payment of the travel insurance.

We have asked her to advise her best prices on 10 park hoppers, car hire from 9/9/16.

So having arrived home, the kids and I are so thrilled all ready at the thought of our fabulous holiday!!!! :D

We now have some serious spending money saving to do ....

Guess Now It's Official.... Can't Back Out....

Holy moly!!!! The flights are booked!!!! What started off with seeing cheap flights last night, has resulted in a booking via Flight Centre this morning!!!! Come, Thursday 1 September 2016 at 11am, we are jetting off to LOS ANGELES!!!!!!!

I feel slightly sick and nervous but a little excited ....

However the countdown is on the phone and the organisation (and panic) has started.... 7 months, 3 weeks and 1 day away....

I am missing Jezebel already though :(
